Coated in a smoky, sweet cinnamon glaze with a hint of spice, and finished with a dusting of kosher salt.

We take raw cashews and have them hang out in a barrel full of clean smoke. We then coat them with our cinnamon glaze and return them to the smoker to take in more flavor and finish.

We do not use preservatives, so it’s best to enjoy these within a couple months.
